I purchased several items. One of the corsets arrived in black instead of the purple I wanted. I reached out to customer service, but they informed me that was the only color available and didn’t offer any help, not even a simple sorry.

I get that there was a manufacturing hiccup somewhere, no biggie. Even now, a year later, they’re still advertising that same corset as purple, even though it doesn’t actually exist.

Some of the stuff I received is alright for the price. However, the pricier items I got are not great quality. The busks bend with just a light touch, making it almost impossible to wear them without causing damage. They sure are pretty, though.

I’m happy I snagged everything on sale, but honestly, some of these items weren’t worth what I spent.

Genuinely stunning, crafted with care and featuring solid steel supports in the corset. The selection of colors and styles is fantastic. I've already made two more purchases. The customer service was super helpful and prompt, especially for a smaller business. I highly suggest this place and will definitely be back for more items soon.

I’m not too keen on the overbust I got, but it’s still made well. If you’re considering a purchase, go for it!

My journey with Corset Story has been fantastic. Chris has been super helpful with any questions I've had. The return process is a breeze. I placed my corset order right before Christmas, so there was a slight delay in getting them, which is totally understandable.

When they finally arrived, I noticed that two of the overbust corsets didn’t fit quite right (I ordered three and kept one to give it a shot). The underbust ones fit well and were really comfy.

The overbust style does come with a bit of a risk, especially with tightlacing mishaps, but that was on me. Just a heads up to be careful!

To start off, you won't come across a more stunning and well-constructed corset. When your order arrives, it’s packed up nicely and safe. If you happen to pick the wrong size, no stress! The customer support team is there for you :) They’ll respond to all your inquiries and assist you throughout the entire process. I've never experienced customer service as great as what Corset Story provides. If I could give more stars, I’d totally give it 100✨

Absolutely incredible! The quality of the products blew me away, far exceeding what I thought I'd get. Plus, the customer service is top-notch, truly the best I've encountered. I did run into a few sizing problems (just be sure to check the descriptions and size charts closely, it's all laid out there!). The returns were a breeze—and when one of the replacement items wasn’t available, I was contacted almost right away about picking an alternative.

I ordered some corsets and got a message saying they were on their way. A week later, I inquired about the package, only to find out it was held up in 'Customs Clearance'... that was five days post-shipment. Another five days go by, and it's STILL stuck there? I really doubt that's the truth, and I think the shipment might be lost. The company hasn't followed up after their initial response, nor have they checked in to see if everything's alright. Honestly, this is just terrible service. This was my first and definitely my last time buying from them.

I’m giving them five stars for their service! I haven’t gotten my order yet, but I (dumbly) overlooked that I could’ve snagged 4 for the price of 1… so I just went with one. I contacted them, and in less than a day, they fixed my order to include 3 additional items of my choice (thanks to their 4 for 1 offer). Many businesses would’ve just shrugged it off since it was my mistake for not ordering 4, but they quickly adjusted it for me so I could take full advantage of the deal. I can’t comment on the quality just yet, but I’ll update as soon as my stuff arrives! Everything’s looking good so far!

For real, I’d give it a solid 10 out of 10. Being a total newbie to corsets, I went ahead and ordered a bunch since I wasn’t sure about comfort or how they’d fit. I picked one for posture and support, and it turned out to be the best choice ever.
